hey im an iron freak......... i live and die by the weight.......... and i do cardio............ now you may call me a freak........... but there is something wrong in the head with people who get up at 5 am in the morning to do cardio and acutally enjoy it......... yes they are sick.......... in enjoy the result, they way i feel afterward....... but the cardio itself..........HECK NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Treadmill first - LOVE doing interval sprints. No problem for me staying ripped. I love the looks I get because it sounds like the thing's about to take off flying.

Meanwhile most people continue sleepwalking on their machines. Blows me away when one of these people asks me how come I have such low bodyfat and they don't...

I alternate that with the elliptical to save the joints.

I also like the rowing machine because it fries my ass! :D
 
Favorite cardio? That's like asking what's your favorite social disease.

Fuckin' hate it. But I force myself to do it. If I had to pick, would have to be running (and gonnorhea).
 
The most effective form of cardio I have found is hitting/kicking a heavy bag alternating with short rest periods(interval training).Another good form of cardio(especially for heavier people) is swimming.I especially like swimming sprints for 20 or 30 meters.
 
Interval sprinting, sled dragging resited running, and plyometrics. Every once in a while I will incorporate some precore work to apologise to my joints.

J/K, but for real, I voted for elliptical. It gets everything moving and is less boring than just running in place for an hour. But any sort of kick-boxing, tae-bo class or activity is cool with me. Those can actually be fun. Definitely not at 5am though. Or 6am.
 
I do lite cardio once a week. I will walk on the treadmill at a 10% inlcine at a speed of 3-3.5.
 
Bwaahaahahahahahahahaha. Favorite cardio. I think I cracked a rib. Cardio blows. Then again, so does taking out the trash. In the end, though, you still gotta do it.

I agree with Monstar and Exodus - CARDIO SUX BIG TIME! However, I like kickboxing - fucking great cardio blast - and my heart rate always gets high doing my bedroom cardio! Although I suppose thats more like interval training! 2 mins on 10 mins off...
 
i go play basketball. thats will blast my shit that is if it is a up and down game with everyone run'n. can always go to open gym at the school where they r sure to run. fuk they will kill me with all that run'n.
 
Deffiantly boxing. I forget what the fucker is called, slam man or something, but I got this guy that has lights on him that light up where you should punch. It's really a good workout and pretty fun as well.
 
My new favourite cardio is biking. I just bought a mountain bike, and ride the hell out of it every morning. Lots of fun, it gets my heart rate up, and isn't hard on my knees like running.
 
Basketball!!!

Nothing like leaving the court barely able to drive your car home.

Riding my bike around, but most of all the HMMMM bedroom cardio.

If anyone says different than they seriously have issues......LOL
 
i am concurrent with 17% of the pollsters....i prefer elliptical machines. less stress on joints, and burns more calories with what seems and feels like less effort.
