I just read today that the more saturated fat you eat the more your triglycerides are made from saturated fat. the more unsaturated fat you eat the more your triglycerides are made from unsaturated fats. has anyone heard of this? I have a few things i dont get about this. First off, unsaturated fat is liquid at room temperature, so i dont see how a human can have triglycerides made of unsaturated fats. Secondly, is losing bodyfat made of unsaturated fat easier than losing weight made of saturated? i am 95% sure it is because i vaguely remember reading in a weight loss book a year or so ago that fat gained from red meat was harder to lose than fat gained from eating oils. Thirdly, wouldn't unsaturated fats cause someone to look fatter than saturated fats? a pound of oil takes up more physical space than a pound of lard.
