Fat loss - Round 2

These threads are great for inspiration. Cuts weighed 197.5 lbs on September 23rd, lost 13 pounds, and now weights 184 on November 8th. Great job cuts, and thanks to you and the others for great inspiration. Karma for all of you if I had enough.

Thanks bro... it's been tough eating like a bird for the past month or so, but it's worth it... looking much leaner, pants are fitting lose... I feel good :).

Had a badass AM workout+cardio session this morning. Going out of town for a couple weeks... gonna be a challenge to keep strict with my diet and workouts, but I'm gonna be resolute about it... looking forward to working out and doing cardio at new & different gyms every day, and although it's gonna be challenging to eat right, I'm gonna do it... and it's gonna make me even STRONGER!

Lost some more weight, but I don't think I drank quite as much before I went to the gym as I normally do. Today was a good tricept workout. Did my cardio, did my abs.

Diet is working like a charm. I eat the steak durnig the day, and at night I have a some chicken soup that I made. It's got cabbage, brocholli, green beans, and celery in it. With whole chicken breasts that have been cooking for about 6 hours so they just fall apart. Very good stuff, and all the veggies were fresh, not canned or frozen. I eat that twice daily.

So all in all, weekend coming up. I'm pleased with my progress, but still have a lot to go. I'm probably down to 33" waist, maybe even a little under it. I'm going to cheat again on thanksgiving, and then christmas, but other than that I figure I'll just keep this going. It's a pretty easy life style for me to work with.

Going to tan today, so maybe I'll look even better!

Glad to see you're still hooked in Cuts! I was worried a little before, but it sounds like you've got everything under control. :)

I haven't been on in a little while, was broadsided for a couple weeks by a very big weakness of mine. Damn women! Don't think I am going to go back to the diet though. Got a couple weeks before I want to throw a little lbm on. Wish I wasn't such a p$@#ywhipped fool, I was doing real well. Now hitting back into balance with it all. And listened to some Pantera on the way home from work to screw my head back on.

Gained some over the weekend, not concerned though because my diet was SUPER clean. I think it's just the fact I'm not doing ephedrine right now, so I'm holding a little more water. Also, I drank a TON before I went to the gym. Like 40 some odd ounces of tea, and about 4 cups of coffee. That's a lot more than I normally drink. :)

Anyway, diet is super easy, still doing steak, a few veggies now and again, and protein drinks only. Sometimes I'll throw in a chicken breast and eat that.

Workouts are good, took the weekend off of working out though. Just decided to catch up and spend some time with friends.

Did 16 sets of Biceps today, very easy, 10 minutes on the bike (rather than 15, damned batteries on my discman ran out so I got bored) and then 330 abs.

Will be going after work again, then I have a hockey game, so I'll burn a few more calories.

Tanning has been going well, I've got a nice little tan, but I'm a bit dry.

ABS - MUST HAVE ABS!

Figure I lost the water weight. I'm pretty sure that's what it is considering I woke up like 4 times last night to pee. That's annoying and ruined my freakin sleep. :)

Yesterday went to the gym again at night, then played hockey, so 3 workouts total. Was very nice, and keeps me motivated.

I went to the gym today for lunch, and my strength is still moving up it feels like. Next week I'm going to try to do 75lbs dumbell incline press. I did 70s today, and felt like I could do more. When I first started dieting, I was stuck at 55 lbs.

Did another 15 minutes of good cardio on the bike, then 400 sit ups. Good stuff.

Diets great, added some vegitables. I eat some cabbage, broccolli, and green beans. Usually with a chicken breast at night now rather than just steak. But I still do 3 servings of steak through out the day supplimented with 2 protein drinks.

Abs are starting to come in nicely. Now I'm just waiting for the thin skin thing.

I'm starting to hover around the same weight all the time. But I did drink a ton before I went to the gym again. I can't see me actually putting on weight at this time due to how much I'm working, and all the cardio I'm doing.

Diet is still about as clean as you can get. Had some veggies last night with my chicken soup. Added some no fat cheese that was very good to the soup.

Yesterday I tried coffee mixed with my protein powder. It would have been great, but the powder seemed to clump together. I could taste the cocoa from the protein, but the protein seemed to stick into tiny little balls at the bottom of the drink. It was pretty gross...

Anyway, I'm starting to get hard core addicted to iced coffee. It's so damned good.

Did tris today, going to do bis tonight. Had a rediculous pump today, felt awesome. Just could tell by the look of my tris, they pumped up like crazy... Not doing anything different either.

Watched fight club yesterday, I'm going to shoot for being as lean as Brad Pitt in that movie. I'm already bigger than him though muscle wise, so it should look good. I might throw some winny in for good measure for the hardness later next year though.
 
UPDATE:

Did a refeed yesterday, so I gained a ton of weight that will drop over the weekend. I didn't really put much stock in my weight today.

Only going to work out once today, and take the rest of the day off. Hopefully get some done over the weekend. The diet today is tough since my stomach is stretched out. Hopefully I'll be able to last till monday when I start to take ephedrine again.

I'm not so pleased with my progress this week, not sure how much I actually made.
 
Man I just got back from my trip and I gained 5 lbs of pure blubber!!! I hate travelling!

O.k., I have 10 days to lose 5 lbs. I'm gonna do it.

You gotta be kidding. You would have to gorge yourself to gain that much pure fat in a few weeks. Some has gotta be water, so forget about it. It should be gone in a few days (hopefully).
