Gained some over the weekend, not concerned though because my diet was SUPER clean. I think it's just the fact I'm not doing ephedrine right now, so I'm holding a little more water. Also, I drank a TON before I went to the gym. Like 40 some odd ounces of tea, and about 4 cups of coffee. That's a lot more than I normally drink.
Anyway, diet is super easy, still doing steak, a few veggies now and again, and protein drinks only. Sometimes I'll throw in a chicken breast and eat that.
Workouts are good, took the weekend off of working out though. Just decided to catch up and spend some time with friends.
Did 16 sets of Biceps today, very easy, 10 minutes on the bike (rather than 15, damned batteries on my discman ran out so I got bored) and then 330 abs.
Will be going after work again, then I have a hockey game, so I'll burn a few more calories.
Tanning has been going well, I've got a nice little tan, but I'm a bit dry.
ABS - MUST HAVE ABS!
