UPDATE:
Well, I'm 181.8 today. Getting pretty low again.
The weekend went fine, diet is easy. Drank a little alcohol on saturday, but once again danced it off. We went to dennys after dancing, and I just had ice tea. Since I had just drank, I knew I had tons of fuel to burn, so didn't want to add any fat or anything like that to have to burn back off. Sunday night I had a nice rib roast and some wonderful green beans. Took sunday off, that was the first time in 17 days that I hadn't worked out. Felt good to relax, and got me motivated back in the gym today.
Today was fine as well. Only had 2 peices of meat so far, so I'm going to have to cook a little more tonight. I'm irritated because the fridge at home froze over, so I've got to get it fixed. It makes cooking the night before trouble. Not that big a deal though.
Well, I'm getting pretty small overall. But that's ok with me right now. I know I can build it all back if I slowly introduce carbs back to the diet. I'm just concerned with getting that 6 pack back and getting the chest fat to go away. Once that's done, I'll be eating some pastas and potatos. Slowly but surely. I'm not as interested as I used to be about immediate results, and I think that's going to be much more healthy for me.
