I am in day 3 of the "FAT FAST" and was wondering if anyone can help me with this alteration I'm thinking of doing to the diet ( I researched this site and added from other posts ) and if anyone can suggest anything I can add and if the amount is too much or too little. Thanks.
6:30am - 5 egg whites / or protein shake

1 tablespoon of Flax oil
9:30am - protein shake
1 tablespoon of Flax oil
12:30 - protein shake / or can of tuna/ or chicken breast
1 tablespoon of Flax oil

6:30am - protein shake / or can of tuna/ or chicken breast
