I'm halfway through week 4 of a Deca/Dbol 8 week cycle. I've put on nearly 14lbs and my
strength has increased substantially.

I decided to do no cardio while doing this bulking cycle, instead of cardio I decided to go on the proverbial Sea Food diet. That's See food and eat it!:D

Today I was bored so I did 20 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes 'running' at least that what I thought it was. I was so fucking out of sorts due to the weight increase that I ran like a fat bastard! You've seen them when they get worried they'll miss the 11am breakfast at Micky D's. So they do THAT run.:p

My ass was everywhere my legs couldn't function I was like a friggin' beached whale doing the lambada. WTF?

I lasted 6 minutes b4 my lower back gave in, probably due to the dbol. F*** that!:(

I'm dreading comming off now and onto a cutting cycle. Cutting cycle = cardio. Cadio for me is jogging/running:o Does this mean I'll have to endure fellow members L they're AO? As they see me waddle on the treadmill, I'll probably break the thing if I keep gaining:D
Just though I'd share this weird moment for me.
 
I felt your pain until you dissed mcdonalds. Fat people have to eat too you know. Jesus have a little sympathy for the obese. ronalds rules.

Try using the EFX trainer it won't put the stress on your back or joints. I tried to run the other day and after 1/2 mile my back tightend up so bad I could hardly freekin walk.

Squats
 
Once you are over a certain bodyweight jogging and your joints just don't mix. Alot of the heavier bbers in my gym just put the treadmill on the highest incline and speedwalk on it. This also gives a nice burn in the calves.

ive been eating like shit for 2 weeks(kind of like my offseason) too bad Macdonalds isnt open now..u guys are getting me hungry
 
I cut my d-bol cycle short by 2 weeks, simply getting too bloated after 4 weeks at 40mg per day.

Now on 400mg primo and 800mg test per week and have kept my gains and lost much of the bloat, feel better, but miss the pump that d-bol, gives,


Maybe it will be back when the test kicks in
 
when im on or off a cycle i always do 30 to 50 mins of cardio in the am on an empty stomach...hitting the iron in the afternoon
