OBTW, this is what you can look like after 10 years of cheeseburgers, french fries, milk shakes, cigarettes, mountain dew, and INACTIVITY. I suppose it could've been much worse.

You've got alot of guts to post that pic of yourself. Keep at it and I think you'll surprise even yourself. Good luck and keep us posted!

"yes, I realize I look like crap..."

But do NOT give up! Keep at it. Go 500%. I did not look much different when I started... a few years later the hard work paid off handsomely.

you are not 26% fat. Maybe 17-18%.

Andre

I really wish I was about 17% but I think 26% is more like it (you should see my gut when I sit down, very nasty).

I've got one of those body fat scales and it says 26%. I know they're not totally accurate but I've also used different tape-measurement calculations and they've ranged anywhere from 22% all the way up to 29%. At any rate, I'm still a fat bastard. ;)

I lost 50 lbs of FAT when I was fat. Eat healthy. No fats and such. No need to count cals if they're clean. CARDIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was doing 45 min. to 2 hours on the Elliptical trainer 5-6 days a week. That and Hydroxycut, I droppped 50 lbs on 3.5 mos.

dead man walking and taking photos of himself.

Seriously, Take the before .... wait ..... wait ..... train .... wait .... train.... train ..... then after pix.

Unless your already deep into the lifitng and the body is leaning down, 4 weeks is nothing. Granted some fatass in magazine can grow 30# of muscle in 4 weeks, but .... Not for most of us.

you should have waited to post untill you had an after shot.

but hey......... you can only go up from here.

Thanks for all the comments and support. Let me have it! This is exactly the kind of motivation I need. :D

I'll post another pic in about a month.

If your referring to a electronic scale that measures bf% as well, then throw it away or take it back. I bought one and it said 28%
and I get mine done at the gym on the cakipers and I'm at 17.2 %

Could of been a hell of a lot worse :) You dont look to bad after that lifestyle.....I was the same way until about two years ago.

Just stick to some heavy lifting and a clean diet...... and maybe the tanning bed.....makes ya look a little more lively ;) Good Luck.

Keep training & get lots of protein....Tan wouldn't hurt either....you've come to the right place-everyone has to start somewhere!!!! RADAR
