I think you need to let a doc assess the inury to be sure and go from there.

If it's serious, then cut your cycle off the chain and begin PCT.

If not, then be careful and continue your cycle.

I'm beginning to wonder about some of you bros, you shouldn't be this fragile during a cycle......your body should be able to withstand all these pulls, strains and sprains....

I had a chronic Brachialis for a few years. It is no fun. I had to lighten my work outs and not do hammer curls. Keep ice on it and take some advil to keep the inflamation down.

Dude it was not lifting weights lol, that fucking seat was stuck so I pushed up hard as fack!!! that shit on the seat popped but also hurt me so will see, I mean is a strain not a tore or bruised there just going to rest this week for my back and bicep work outs and just continue the following week

Div, a lot of the time its cause they are cycling at 6' 170. No training experience means no time for tendons/joints to get tough...

No training experience = an injury waiting in the wings....

That's a no-go, everytime......

I wish I'd have a DiamondCutCow everytime a newbie said that......I'd have a slab of fresh ribs every night for 10 years.....

dont do any direct Bicep work any more

let it heal for a couple of day then go back to lifting minus Bicep work

actually I'm a newbie with gear but as far training no!!! been lifting since I was 13 years old played football all my life when I was 17 at 200lbs I benched 315lbs max, started this cycle at 237lbs with 13% I'm 22 years old before cycle started benching 315x7 times now at 315x12 so its all good so far, soooo..... so I have been hurt before, tore hamstring, pulled back, small tare on my pecs etc. bruised mcl, orthocospic surgery on my shoulders etc.....!!!!. The question here was if Gear would make it heal faster?? I guess going to rest it for a week and see if I can do light work out, if it hurts too much then would rest for another week. Thanx for the info!!. And actually I wouldnt be taking gear if I hadnt reach my natural potential
