Expired Accutane harmfull?

I have some extra packs of accutane 40mg's left over my accutane cycle and the expiration date is about 1.5 years away. I'd like to use the rest of it during my next couple gear cycles but that expiration date will probably come before I get to use them all. Any ideas if they would go bad, or be ineffective?

bump...i have some of my sisters old accutane from like 1996...LOL...they are still in the blister packs...probably too old to take
