Salutations around the house to the veterans, it's been a while since I've been active. Recent years of home & work related stress, inadequate and erratic sleep patterns, and terrible eating habits (not eating for an entire day, eating junk, etc) has totally destroyed my health. I ballooned to 275 lbs from 195lbs just a year and a half ago.

I went to an endocrinologist and have legitimately been prescribed HGH, t3/t4/phentermine tabs, DHEA, and Testim. Luckily through this board the years of doing gear never destroyed my natty test production, it's actually very high.

Anyway, I'm aware that HGH is time dependent(at least 3-6 months)before results show. But how much is an effective dose? Is there really much of a difference from 3iu's daily to 6 iu's daily, for FAT BURNING purposes only. I don't want to grow a stump from my elbow or have a hammerhead. Thanks bro's
 
I wouldnt waste time with anything less than 4iu ED. [(2) shots of 2iu]

Also, just stick with the T4 for the best fat burning effect and least side-effects.

Apply the Testim to the scrotum. (you will get higher DHT and less estrogen conversion from here)

Also, I assume you are going keto for this fat loss cycle?

The T4 is a compounded mix with T3 and Phentermine. I can't get around that. Actually, it's quite bearable and have very little sides except the phentermine making me hyper.

The Testim to the sac, huh? I've been applying it to the inner arm where the forearm and bicep meet, very venous and thin skin. But I'll try that.

Eliminated the starches and sugars. Lots of spinach and broccoli, and lean meat. Keeping my calories low also.

How much and how long have you cycled HGH for? Results?

t3 makes my heart race and me sweat like a oig, keeps me up at night too. no more for me,

Id say you could notice results in as soon as a couple months. It sounds like you got things dialed in, so you should be good to go.

I have been on and off HGH, and on legit hrt for 6 yrs. I have to ask, when going this route with all these things, how is your diet? I see too many people try to band aid poor diets and habits with supps. Without a CLEAN diet, it's a waste imo.

thankd for asking. It turned out to be a torn pec major. Doc said 12 weeks no chest pressing. Its been 7 weeks and this GH has me healed up 65%. Im pushing 55 pound dumbells so far. I couldnt left the bar for first few weeks. Im used to do 120s but im just happy to be healing well. I have another MRI tomoro. Il keep ya posted bro. Looking great in your AVI btw.
 
t-3 sucks in my opinion and ruins your workouts...i did that stuff when i started hgh and my energy would run out like so quick in the gym i didnt know wtf was goin on.....i stopped running it and my bench literally shot up like 100lbs in a week i swear 2 god....ive been running hgh for yr and half now non stop everyday im at 10ius a day tho but im tryin to get huge and hopefully go ifbb one day even tho im tall as fuck 6'4 but for fat burning 4ius a day ull see in like 3 months a difference...i love the stuff though and it works...anyone that says it doesnt work doesnt do it right or didnt run it long enough because the stuff transformed me

i injured my shoulder last sep and finally now i can bench almost pain free..moving up 10 lbs in a exercise in 7 months really kills the motivation hahaha..

My diet is right on IMO. I keep it simple so I can't fk it up. No sugar or fruit, no starch (every other day I'll have a 1/2 cup of rice total, ive been very fatigued), egg whites, chicken w/no skin, plain tuna and lemon, leafy greens, lean beef, and water. It's rough but I have to suck it up or else it's all a waste, and I don't want to waste precious GH.

I've actually had it with supps man. I first got into lifting at 13, and there are very few supps that actually do any good and nothing beats whole foods. I take a good multivitamin, fish oil, ala, and melatonin at night. I think the only supp in history that really made an impact was the original "HotStuff" in 1990, and that's because it had real anabolic compounds in it I think. lol.

Ive done very well with 2-4iu daily for fat loss.
One inject AM when I wake,, and the next PWO.

Thank you for chiming in Alin. I started injecting in the a.m and an hour pre-workout after my Dr. said to inject before I go to sleep. I'm sure it has to do with the rest pattern and the gh release during recovery, but if gh has a half-life of 2-6 hours, then wouldn't it be more beneficial while I'm expending calories? It didn't make sense.

I have enough to go up to 6 iu's daily, right now I'm at 3. I would like to do 6, but I'm worried about cranium expansion and looking like "Stewie" from "Family Guy". Should I not even worry about that at that 6 iu's?
