Expectations and One Piece of Advice

All right guys. Been researching for some time and recently became a Plat member to help the cause. About to do first cycle ever and just have a few grey areas concerning expectations. I know everybody is different but thought ya'll might send me some heeded advice on what's to come over the next several weeks, i.e, site inject pain, weight gain. I am going at a low dose (no orals) to get a good understanding of what my body and mind are about to go through. I know I am asking a lot but if you can provide what you feel is the number one thing that you would pass to a newbie with the below history and gear, good karma to all. Also thanks to Mr. X for the great advice and patience.

1 - Age-32
2 - Lifting History-6 years, good cardio 3x week
3 - Height 5'10"
4 - Weight 195
5 - Estimated BF% mid teens, too high
6 - 2500-3000 day, 250 protein
7 - Goals-Bulk, strength, retention, understanding, motivation
8 - Proposed cycle
Week 1-10, 250 Deca, 250 Sustanon, 1mg liquidex ED
Week 11-12, optional as above
PCT will run with Clomid

Also have AIFM, 6-OXO and Proviron on hand but don't want to overkill with low dose of gear. Thanks for the advice. Not doing anything until everything is on hand and planned out completly.
 
Nothing wrong with that cycle. I would add hcg and nolvadex to pct. You could go with a single compound for first cycle to see how you respond, Run the Sustanon 500mg wks 1-10. Just my .02
 
thanks bro, i really am leaning on ya'll. i apperciate the feedback. have you experienced any inject site pain with this? some say they sweat and fall into walls? can't walk? wtf? lol?

Bro, as far as the site pain goes....every one is diff...and more so...teh gear is diff....for example, you can get some test prop that will cripple you every shot you take for a few days, then you can get some test prop that will be painless. Same goes for any test esters. And most any injectable gear too! I believe it depends on the brewing process, ingrdients etc. I would be asking which gear is known for pain and which is known to be painless. As far as sweating and passing out, I believe those are just to do with peoples nerves while shooting for the 1st few times...never happened to me but I suppose some it may...

I would also maybe try out 500mg's/week of a single compound for 10 weeks. But you may want to try at the lower dosage as well....it's all a 'testing' phase....see how you respond.

im not sure if that was your planned caloric intake on the cycle or what you are taking in now. If you want to gain the most from your cycle i'd turn that caloric intake WAY up while on the AAS bro.
 
i too am 32 and can get a high b/f quick, your first post said you were already too high in the b/f area, so maybe you should change from a bulk to a semi-cut cycle.i assume you already have the gear stated so unless you want to get more try this.3500-4000 calories a day @ least 1.5 gm of protein per body lb. and no more than 120 gm of carbs a day for the last 6 weeks (abt. 250gm a day first 4 weeks). or option 2 diet down now to drop b/f % then get on w/ the bulk cycle. my first cycle was 6 years ago test e and c.
with a bad diet I blew up (mass) but looked like hell.keep in mind big muscle does not dictate pretty muscle. jmo

Great basic cycle,

great first cycle, deca and test,

eat a lot, eat even more than you have posted,

I am temped to say go with 4 weeks of d-bol, but I respect your, thinking, keep it simple and clean.
