...in Nazareth this weekend. Bigguns15 and I are flying out tomorrow. She's motivated and ready to have a good time learning and meeting the others. I'm ready to stuff a few new tricks up my sleeve also. And I'm looking forward to giving one young lady in particular a hard time. She knows who she is.

I'd definately take their advice, but that motion in the earlier videos has faded away. It still appears during the last rep of heavy set once in awhile, but overall, I think I've got things fixed. Finally!

Sorry bout the rushed response. I was on the phone with a classmate, typing about my bench, and listening to Bigguns15 tell me it's time to go workout. Anyway, much of the problem with my wildly swinging shoulders has been resolved. I'm alot more focused on staying tight and slightly tucking my elbows than being explosive. I'm still explosive, but I don't have to think about it as much.

It's most important to me that Bigguns15 gets the training. She's the elite one between the two of us. I'm just in it to grow now, with an occasional bench meet for fun.
