Id run test, but I get really really moody, raging bull type mean....
I was running it a 600mg a week, front load 1g first two weeks....
my workout are always in the AM....
I rotate 2 heavy leg days for every arm, back, chest day...one rest day a week...
60 min of 110-120bpm cardio...fast walking on uphill tread mill...
Lots and lots of protein shakes....
I just feel super bloated and big....
Arms look freaking awesome but my torso upper body look like shit....
