ex-smoker needs help planning training

I just turned 17.I know about diet extensivly.I have been studying it for weeks.I just quit smoking(2 yrs almost,and near a pack a day for past 6 mos,marlboro reds) I have been quitting for 3 days now and its easy for me to consume smaller meals every hour!and water near 2 gallons!(lack of drug prob.) especially after/during cardio and training.I eat lean turkey,eggs(I like fried,but the veg.oil is really unhealthy 120 fat cals in one tsp.thats alot!!,help on this) and salmon,catfish,skinless chicken with fruits,vegs,etc....

I do not have access to a gym! There is one in my area,I dont have a car just yet,my mom works,my friends are bums.I have access only to barbell and 2 dumbells(adjust.) with 140lbs of weight(plenty for me) I also can do selfweights.
I just started taking creatine(5gx2-must I load?),multivit,foil cap(1000mg) and glutamine with my protein shakes(x2 a day,immediate after lift,1 hr later) I wanna bulk up and get my cardio endurance high.(low rep,high intense,xcept on self weight)

I wanna do the nseal routine 1 for beginners,but its alot for me now(Run 2 miles straight!,I can barely jog 1/2 mile!)

I stretch also well.I want to hit three times weekly with(M-W-F)
Pushups,dips,lunges,chinups,situps,leg holds,crunches,deadlifts,and chest flyes. How am I in that department,and what would you recommend(beginner,I am devoted though)
 
by the way,I want to bulk (muscles-while doing insane cardio(progressive)

Cant I have endurance and strength?Also my list above of what I will be doing,I am hitting all parts yeS?
 
i think i would focus around 3 things.

monday - squats
wednesday - bench
friday - deadlifts

making compound movements primary will allow you to get some meat on you, and allow all auxillary lifts to gain. now, what you do after squats (say 5x5 for squats) could be something like 2x8 lunges, 2x8 front squats. just basically stick to compound movements, and focus your work around those 3 things.

many people here are going to have different opinions, but ive read about this and for beginners i think itll work the best. dont overtrain. being devoted is good...but results take a while to achieve. youll gain more from the food.
 
if you're doing insane amounts of cardio and are looking to bulk, you will have to eat your ass off to grow, especially at your age.

it looks like you could get more dietary fat (eggs and salmon are a good start) to bump up the calories - try adding extra virgin olive oil and peanut butter or almonds.
 
Don't worry about the smoking as long as you've STOPPED!!! Your 17, you smoked for a while. Whoooptedoo! Unless you started smoking the day out of the womb, you have done essentially NO DAMAGE to your lungs.....YET!

Just stay quit and don't start again.

Starting to smoke was without a doubt the biggest and most IDIOTIC decision I EVER made. Drugs..yeah, whatever, I grew out of those. But smoking...if I had a time machine!

READ THE TRAINING STICKYS THEN GET BACK TO THE BOARD. Good advice there for you!
