Ok I've heard of this new work out program, it's evo sports. I don't know how good it is though. The workouts are all position holds. Ex. 5lb db, one leg squat and hold it for 45 sec., it usually consists of 10 sets. There is a ton of different exercises but yall get the drift, it's all holds. What do yall think about this, what are the pros and cons? I've been told that it stretches out your muscles with out any stretching at all. This program was created by a crazy doctor in mineapolis. This sounds pretty sketchy to me, i heard the doctor speak at a clinic one time and the first thing he said was, "I can make anyone gain 200 lbs on their bench in 2 months." Thats insanity!! Anyone ever heard of this? Flames welcome.
