i have heard from vets on the diet board that Centrum isnt as good as some others.

I heard that centrum is store quality, while others are pharmacutical grade. Such as GNC's Mega man and Vitamin's Shop Ultimate Man.

I take Vitamin shoppe's Ultimate Man and my Piss is Neon Yellow lol So i know theres a good amount of Riboflavin in it!

but seriusly, i hope someone can shed some light on this. I mean its no biggie since we are "supposevedly" supposed to get our vitamins from the food we eat and that our multivitamins are like insurance.

BUT IF YOUR ON A HARD WORKOUT REGIME I WOULD RECOMMEND THE ANIMAL PAK.

I prefer Vitaminshoppe (for women) over centrum and other brands sold at the stores.

Many of the store brands have fillers & artifical colors. The vitamins I get from Vitamin Shoppe don't contain starch, corn, wheat, sugar, salt, dairy, fish, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Centrum sucks guys! You need a high dosed performance vitamin with lots of b vitamins. Apex is really good for this. Right now I'm taking maxi-sorb MAX for men. It has 8333% of b12, 2500% of pantothenic acid, 1333% of vitamin E, and over 1000% of other b-vitamins. With centrum, you'll be lucky to get 100% on all your b's.

i got two words for u guys...food state. get mv's that are from food state,the vitamins and minerals are extracted from actual fruits and vegetables(i.e. calcuim comes brocolli). U can take these on an empty stomach and your body will still absorb it. i prefer brands like Mega Foods and Super Earth by Bluebonnet. Props to everyone who said Centrum sucks, and 2 the peeps buying in house brands like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe you are lucky if you get 40% of whats on the label, quit giving those stores your money.

been hard for me trust apex once i found out the 1st ingredient in thier protein powder is high fructose corn syrup.

Ya the one's I'm taking are plant derived too (all vegetarian w/no perservatives). I really like these, and I think I'll take them from now on. They are by the brand: country life.

Beverley Training Pack is the only multi I've taken where I've noticed a marked difference in quality, tho I don't always but them because of the price. I agree Now Food's Adam is decent, as is Soloray Spectro, but I like to supplement a few of the dosages with these two.

I don't use multi vitamins. I just eat right. All whole organic foods. No processed pills for me. Well unless you count AAS, but as far as I know there isn't any fruit out there that will increase my test levels like AAS.
