I really need to get new pictures. Those are something like 6 months old except for the first one. Its a couple weeks old. I've actually done some noticeable improvement since.

I am all for the pics, so guys can see if someone is ripped to get advice from them etc. I also have no problem with guys not posting their pic or posting online. I would rather have no pic then some of these pics where the guy has pants pulled way down and is rated R.
