Everybody watch this!

Well i emailed him...I told him i dident not like what he was doing...just big scare on steroids...he blames them for his misfortune... he had problems because of the poundages and choice of exersises .... is was not the steroids but his extremeism..
he went hard...when he was in pain he said fuck it and trained anyway....that why he had problems...
 
I thought it was an excellent talk. I enjoyed it and if I was in that lecture theatre I'd have asked lots of questions. What would you prefer - that the dangers of poor training and excess steroid usage were never brought to light? The reason we are making less and less mistakes in our cycles and training is thanks to guys like him
 
Slightly off topic.....but,
Seeing how this guy deflated, just wondering, how well do most of you retain your gains from a cycle?
I seem to read a lot of people saying things like "I gained 20 pounds and kept 15". Well, if that were really true, then everyone here who has done several cycles, would weigh about 400 pounds.

So what is the trick to retaining some of your gains over a long period of time? Without having to continue doing cycles. I'm not talking about competitive size, I mean your really average joe who maybe starts at 175 and goes up to 190 after aas....
