most do 3 day on 1 off anf then 2 days on 1 off ( 2 days off a week)
some like me sometimes go 5 days straight with 2 days off
the KEY principle is 2 days OFF and 2 leg workouts a week ( which is why you dont need as much cardio yet can still drop fat like crazy)
again sorry for being slight unavailable this week it only do to the transition for others
