For the last couple of weeks I been testing out a new product I have been thinking about bringing to market. I have read that training with O2 on the shorter, higher intensity runs- benefits the longer runs.

I am trying a different training regimen for my endurance running. My new training is going to drop a lot of miles in favor of tempo and interval training. These are the days O2 would be beneficial. The idea is that less junk miles and more quality training with still a long day will improve times and decrease injuries. I feel your O2 would be a beneficial supplement for my new training.

How do you get a sample?
 
Ive seen some pro bodybuilders talking about this stuff on youtube. IMO, the benefits from it are most likely going to be miniscule and barely noticeable. I would like to try it however, so I may end up picking up a bottle, since it seems like it will be fairly cheap.

However, Im looking into this product as we speak, and it doesnt look like its going to be something you will want to take on a daily basis. Seems like you may run the risk of becoming dependent on it and actually counter-acting the effects your trying to achieve by doing cardio (strengthen the lungs and heart). On a hard leg day I can see how this might help. But im kinda lookin at this with a raised eye brow......we'll just wait and see I guess

I know N2 wouldnt put a product out that he hasnt tested tried and true himself, Im just a lil skeptical on this one and I always research myself before I put anything in my body, even if its just "air". Lookin forward to some logs on this
 
i was on the phone w/ Need2 about a week ago and he was trying this stuff while i was on the phone with him.

My first thought when he told me about this product is when i watch football and i see the guys on the sidelines doing this.... would this be the same thing??? However, i only see the bigger line men doing it or a player who has made a long run/play and comes to the sidelines. I have never seen this with bodybuilders/weight lifters but if NFL players use it... shouldn't it be beneficial????

I think they work in completely ways.

N.O dilates blood vessels so a greater volume of nutrient rich blood can get to your muscles, this oxygen4energy stuff seems to increase oxygen retention,(puts more actual O2 in your body) so the blood circulating your body is super rich in O2 causing the desired "side effects".

I bet N.O and this have a VERY synergistic effect tho. Double whammy

I dont see why not. Maybe N2 will chime in. But my guess is that they will work synergistically. Meaning they will become more effective if used together.

I would imagine it would be more synergistic with aas as they increase blood volume to pick up that oxygen. NO dilate the capillary going into cells, more blood volume from aas, and a kicker of the new o2 thing bringing more o2 saturation in....sounds like a concoction for a massive head rush lmao! And a BA workout.

i actually have used this before and in the right situation it is great. obviously it depends on what you are doing but I will definitely be using it.

Also I suffer from cluster headaches and this knocks them out cold so I always have some pure o2 handy.. and so what if i bring it to a tournament or a super crazy workout every now and again!!!!
 
OooH, sounds like an awesome product. My endurance workouts just smoke me. I can put out insane amounts of effort for short busts but crash quick.

I wanna see if it helps with my stamina during sparring. I'm fed up with having kids run rings around me. You reckon it'll be good for that?

IMO it has to be one of those crazy ass workouts.. that have you lying on the floor.. kinda emotional.. ready to scream/cry..

then you hit the 02 and it will help.. just a nice hard workout you might not notice much. but for those crazy days.. it will work.

then w/ the o2 you will get more out of those days and you can do them more often.

also i hit it up after the workout and i do think it helps w/ recovery

now im very in touch w/ my body/recovery/everything.. so im able to know when im in that zone where it will help and then at the same time notice and feel it.

I have a little phrase that I tell my guys who want to be great:

"If they are using it in the NFL its worth looking into"

football does there homework.. they dont just take crap for no reason...

Its the same concept and chemical makeup as Oxydrene that used to be around years ago,correct?

I dont think that is what they are talking about.. this is 02 oxygen you inhale it.. not eat it..
 
For what its worth here is where I see a product like this shining.

For general endurance workouts I think you would want to avoid its use before and during because you want your body to adapt and in turn improve from your training. However, I cant tell you how many times I have flirted with uncle pukie and have had massive headaches after some killer endurance workouts and for post workout recovery this stuff would be awesome!

For strength/size work the adaptation you are going for is directly related to the stimulus you impose on your muscles. If right before a heavy set of deads/squats you take a few shots of pure (well 95% anyway) oxygen and prime the pump you should be able to get more work from your muscles during the set imposing a greater stimulus and in turn better gains. Post workout aid for recovery, mid afternoon crash at work, you name it, I see this being a nice drug free boost.

As far as sides go the only thing I can imagine would happen from excess pure oxygen consumption would be a decrease in RBC count but you would essentially have to be breathing a higher concentration of oxygen consistently for that to take place.
 
whats up needto. Id be game to test and log if you havent already filled those positions. I do lots of circuits, anaerobic training that I think I could log some good experiences. I think it could also come in handy with the grapling, jiu jitsu and wrestling I do, especially when we are sparring and recovery in between rounds. Shoot me a PM if that would be possible. If not, I would love to get some details on how I can get ahold of it....Ill check the site right now to see if there is some info.

O and This shit is great for hangovers guys.. Suck on some oxygen and drink a couple cups of water and I shit you not hang over is gone... I used it for this the other day.. YA YA I dont drink much any more.. When I do though I normally have a hang over for at least 24 hours. This time a few hours and it was gone.

Yes it comes in a small Can with a spray top. Press down and it releases the Oxygen and then you inhale it.. Its literally portable 95% pure Oxygen. Like having a oxygen tank in the palm of your hand... Each can has enough for like say 50 hits or more Ya prob a lot more I am going to have to count how many I get out of the next one now... I know its a lot though..

Skips the entire process basically bro. With a NO product your tryint to force more Oxygen into the muscles and blood. Hit some Levtra hald a dose and then suck on some pure oxygen and I'll put my life savings on it that its the most intense pump you have ever had in your life.
 
Since not everyone here is a freak sports / athlete guy like me Ill also say that its great for any maximal lifting effort.. regardless if you are going high rep or 3rm or a 1rm. If you are in tune w/ your body you will notice a difference. Maybe its the last rep going up easier.. or the 1rm just being smoother but if you are someone who knows your body or really know your program and what you should be doing if you add this in the mix you will notice.
 
I'd love to test this on either hangovers (i've heard oxygen is the ONLY way) or as a recovery between submission wrestling rounds. We normally go 5 min rnds, 30 sec rest and Im usually still about to puke when the next round starts. this is an exciting product.
 
I'd like to give this a try as well during one of my games. Ice hockey is 45 secs to one minute of all out sprints if you're playing the game all out. I can't count the number of times I almost puked on the bench.
