I think they work in completely ways.

N.O dilates blood vessels so a greater volume of nutrient rich blood can get to your muscles, this oxygen4energy stuff seems to increase oxygen retention,(puts more actual O2 in your body) so the blood circulating your body is super rich in O2 causing the desired "side effects".

I bet N.O and this have a VERY synergistic effect tho. Double whammy

Could one use bothe this and a NO at the same time, or would it be better to use seperate?

I dont see why not. Maybe N2 will chime in. But my guess is that they will work synergistically. Meaning they will become more effective if used together.

I would imagine it would be more synergistic with aas as they increase blood volume to pick up that oxygen. NO dilate the capillary going into cells, more blood volume from aas, and a kicker of the new o2 thing bringing more o2 saturation in....sounds like a concoction for a massive head rush lmao! And a BA workout.

I would be interested in a free sample (duh? of course).

I have read that training with O2 on the shorter, higher intensity runs- benefits the longer runs.

I am trying a different training regimen for my endurance running. My new training is going to drop a lot of miles in favor of tempo and interval training. These are the days O2 would be beneficial. The idea is that less junk miles and more quality training with still a long day will improve times and decrease injuries. I feel your O2 would be a beneficial supplement for my new training.

i actually have used this before and in the right situation it is great. obviously it depends on what you are doing but I will definitely be using it.

Also I suffer from cluster headaches and this knocks them out cold so I always have some pure o2 handy.. and so what if i bring it to a tournament or a super crazy workout every now and again!!!!
