Every single one of my boxers have a slit in them. Having big legs and ass and doing full oly squats is hell for them. I now train in either cheap compression/ bike shorts from wal-mart or heavy days i wear my Rehband 3mm compression shorts.

I was doing high rep squats on my first cycle and heard a pop in my head followed by an immediate headache. I tried to push through it but it was debilitating.
