took a nap from 3 to 530, went to Target to shop for domestic supplies, and went to the gym at 930

that's a lot of time at target! you always just go for one or two things, but then you see the frames...

Most charities are scams.

Which is exactly why the money I raise only goes to one. Because I KNOW that they are willing to provide a breakdown of it if I were to ever request it. But since I am on the board, I never need to.

Well I got up at 530, but didn't exactly rush out the door right away. I had to eat, color coordinate my work out clothes, shoes and wrist straps / gloves (which I wore while inside Target), check the internet (yes, still wearing wrist straps and gloves), etc...
