Grew up there. Klamath Falls is a tiny town in the middle of no where. In Oregon it's Portland Metro area for city life then the rest is rural besides the college towns and the capitol.

Sure, Orygun sucks. BUT, there are some cool things there. Drive over to the coast and do some 4 wheeling on some of the best beaches in the US.

Raft the Deschutes or Ski Hood in the summer. I have some crazy Indian stories from the Deschutes, scary drunk fuckers.

LOL K. Falls is the armpit of oregon.. rednecks and hillbillies everywhere..the closest comparison i can think of would be the movie Deliverance

Are you sure you're not talking about Prineville? Klamath Falls is a simple town, but I wouldn't compare it to Deliverance. There's some great fishing near both though.

yeah, you're probably right... i only go through there every 10 or 15 years... i wouldnt trade living in the Portland metro area for nothing! i wish the californians would stay away though, they're jackin up the cost of living here

No. The people in Portland are far from hick. It's a city like all the rest of them, all kinds of people there. Klamath Falls is like an entirely different world then Portland.

I liked K Falls. Peeps are fairly nice but hate Californians. 'Course many Oregonians are last years Californians. They are just incredibly laid back. They drive like they talk too.

Oh and they grow some huge dope in Ashland.
