Estrogen Rebound

Well, I officially fucked myself up big time. Its 4 weeks after PCT was completed with great sucess, and I have just developed a lump under each nipple. I had nolva on hand and am currently taking 40mg/day.

On to some important questions:

If I go to my Dr tell him I took some prohormones, they gave me gyno and now my nipples are the source of constant irritation and pain, will insurance cover its removal?

Anyone live on Long Island that knows a good dr to go to for this?

Just a note, I followed proper precautions to a T, and had never had a problem with sensitivity before. Watch those nips boys.

10 weeks of test and eq 500/400mg per week, warmup with 4 weeks of dbol @20 mg /day.

I did run the test longer for 14 weeks, because as it now turns out, Im an asshole

I am not doubting you at all, but 4 weeks after your post recovery time, that is crazy. I always thought it happens during your cycle.

Yeah, I run arimidex post cycle two weeks longer then clomid/nolva. Keeping estrogen at bay from the start can help avoid this problem.

shouldn't you see signs of way-high estrogen before the gyno starts? like big huge water retention, itchy tender nips, etc?

so far I haven't had the prob, but always worried about it.

i didnt . a lump formed, then the NEXT day it was all sore/itchy wtf ??
. i checked my nips very often, i was paranoid of gyno.

My gyno appeared almost immediately when i started my first cycle. I have always had small lumps under my nipples though and they did not seem to grow. I had to take 20 of Nolv every day though. I stopped the Nolv 3 weeks after my final shot though.

I'm dealing with this same problem and after nearly a month of having sore nipples it seems to be fading away. Looks like my body really doesn't like exogenous test very much. Never had this problem with lesser/non-aromatizing AAS like EQ, var or winny.

how big are the lumps? i got gyno symptoms and a lump post cycle under my right nip but nolvadex has taken it away. run the nolva for awhile, maybe add some arimidex for a month or so with the nolva. if that doesn't help, then the doctor is probably the best bet.

This is why Nolvadex should be taken during and post cycle, to prevent rather then to treat and risk. I went through the same thing. Only surgery will cover and insurance will not pay for it.

It happens post cycle due to hormonal unbalance, i.e. high estrogen and low test levels.

If you got any lumps, fatty lumps, solid lumps all that is gyno and surgery is the only way!!!!!

if you were to run nolva all the way through a cycle what would you run it at everyday?

I would not tell the Doc that I was taking PH. I would just tell him that it has been this way for quite a while and now...just say "Cold Weather" really bothers it. If you have gyno and the Doc show's that it is causing pain...then the insurance will cover. They will not cuover "cosmetic"...but they will cover "Painful"! In other words, be convincing when he/she examines them!

run nolva untill they go away. if they dont go away within 2 months then start worrying.

i've heard of many cases with lumps have completly gone away with this method. you do not need surgery yet.

Depends on the amount of aromatizable gear you are using, but generally 10mg/day should prevent it. If you are add Proviron to it that make the prevention even more eefective.

My ideal way is:
20mg Nolvadex + 25-50mg Proviron/day

same experience here rjl, I mustve checked my nips 5 x every fuckin day, on or off cycle, and I still end up with that shit.

I'm going to hit the nolva at 40mg for a month then 20mg for another 2. One way or the other, it wont be here next summer ... me ------> <-----my gyno

My lumps just went away. Nolva and an anti-aromatase is now what i need to use on and PCT. I'm lucky enough for it shrink all the way down, again.

I ran letro and nolva for 6 weeks BEYOND the HCG/Clomid PCT just to be safe after doing a 12-week test/dbol/eq cycle....glad I did now!!!

I never had any gyno symtoms unitl a few years ago. When I started getting the soreness under the nipple I would take 20mg of nolvedex a day and it would shrink the nodule. The worst time it would act up was when I was ending a cycle. I have been clean for about 1 1/2 and there is still some gyno present but its not noticable. Sooner or later if you continue on the gear youll have to get it removed, its only a matter of time. Start saving your money,, cause its not cheap for a good doctor.
