What are your goals? It might depend on what you want to accomplish... :)

Me? I am trying to eat healthier (I've been WAY off the wagon!) and lose about 10 lbs in the next 5 weeks. My supps are: Pre-Natal Vit, Ca/Mg/Zn, Vit C, Protein Powder/RTD, and I will incorporate Glucorell-R soon. I take these almost year round. I sometimes drop Gluc-R - only reason for this is bec I forget to order sometimes. :)

I plan to incorporate Omegas soon, but want to do more research first, to make sure they are good for the condition I plan to put myself in soon. :baby2:

Supps I LOVE:
Glucorell-R
Thermorexin
Protein Powder (as a supplement to a good diet)

I wish certain threads hadn't disappeared in the past, but a certain vet ladies' board mod recommended:

- Twin Lab Daily 2's
- Twin Lab Multi-minerals
- Twin Lab Tri-boron

These were supposed to be the optimal combination of all the diff supps one would want. (Not meant to be a Twin Lab commercial.)

Having been lazy about getting the specific supps, I take:

- a good multi-vit
- vit E (400 iu/day) - recommended by my chiro for disk protection
- selenium - recommended by my chiro for disk protection
- flax or fish oil (EFAs)
- r-ALA -- good anti-ox
- thermo (t-rex) - cycled for the extra kick during the day
- glucosamine / MSM - for recurring joint pain I have

That's primarily it for me. I used to take a truckload of supps but I'm trying to cut that down & consolidate to what is just the basics.
