My vote is for EQ, for a number of reasons:
Gains on deca for me personally were pitiful... mostly water bloat... the sides were AWFUL. Even when I ran proviron and hcg during cycle. And let's not talk about recovery! Out of the handful of deca cycles I "tolerated", the best one was the one in which I ran the LEAST amount, which is what I would recommend.
And if you follow that report that was posted earlier (and has been floating around the internet for YEARS), only a SMALL dosage of deca is required for collagen synthesis, etc... in fact, if you run considerably higher dosages, the opposite effect happens. I think people run excessive dosages of deca in general.
On a similar note, I prefer NPP over deca... much less sides, better gains.
As for EQ, you might not gain as much as with deca, but when all is said and done, the gains are sustainable... whereas you lose of alot of what you gain with deca.
