Equipose or deca?

Deca builds way more mass hands down! Thats just the fact of the matter and long time vets wont disagree on this one.

That being said I have ran eq and love it, what u put on is noticable quality muscle, I've noticed alot of hunger but that was ok with me even tho I was cutting because my endurance went through the roof...

Right now I'm trying to get best of both worlds, I've been running them both together an will drop the deca week 12 and continue 6 more weeks with eq.
 
My experience/opinion is that Deca does initially give more mass but it makes me retain more fluid...where the EQ doesn't give me water, not much at least...the end result after pct and is done and the extra fluid is gone, is nearly the same. This may just be me though. I like EQ but Deca is easier to find as my local guy has it readily available.I have ran tes/deca/eq cycles and liked them. I definately like the vascularity EQ brings to the table for me though. Seems to bee cleaner or have a shorter detection time if that's a concern. I think Deca's time is 18 months where Eq is like 5 months.
 
what are your doses looking like? I'm preparing to run a similar cycle

Deca 400mg/week
EQ 750mg/week
Test E 800mg/week.

Much higher doses than I have used before...its my last big "hurrah" before going on HRT (nearly 39 years old now) Otherwise I would have stayed away from deca (and used lower doses of the Test E and EQ also) because recovery is too hard. That said, I am loving the way my joints feel from deca ...like I am 22 again. I am however being much more careful to try to strengthen joints etc, rather than over-doing it while I feel great, and then feeling that much older when I stop the deca.
My main goal is to overhead press (strict, not push press) 315 pounds by then end of this cycle.

damn bro that's just a little more than I planned on running lol...I was looking to run something like this

test e 600mg/week 1-14
eq 500mg/week 1-14
deca 200-300mg/week 1-10

not sure on the deca dose becuase i have enough left over from my last cycle to run a therapuetic dose of 200mg'week for ten weeks but was thinking about picking up some more and bumping it up to 300-400mg/week.......what do you think bro?

I seemed to recover well...didn't have any issues with deca Dick anyways. I did run proviron as well which didn't hurt... Just make sure u run hcg throughout and dostinex would be a good idea as well. You should bump the Eq to at least 500mg/week and run 16 weeks with the test imo..also if this is ur first time using deca you might wanna keep it at 300mg/week to see how u respond and recover....just make sure u stock up on plenty of clean food cause ur app is gonna go through the roof on that cycle lol

GymJunkie :nope It isn't my 1st time running deca .. im currently on pct ,ended a test / deca cycle a few weeks ago.. so far so good no libido issues, some ppl seem to have a bad opinion regarding Deca , I loved my deca cycle..
 
My vote is for EQ, for a number of reasons:

Gains on deca for me personally were pitiful... mostly water bloat... the sides were AWFUL. Even when I ran proviron and hcg during cycle. And let's not talk about recovery! Out of the handful of deca cycles I "tolerated", the best one was the one in which I ran the LEAST amount, which is what I would recommend.

And if you follow that report that was posted earlier (and has been floating around the internet for YEARS), only a SMALL dosage of deca is required for collagen synthesis, etc... in fact, if you run considerably higher dosages, the opposite effect happens. I think people run excessive dosages of deca in general.

On a similar note, I prefer NPP over deca... much less sides, better gains.

As for EQ, you might not gain as much as with deca, but when all is said and done, the gains are sustainable... whereas you lose of alot of what you gain with deca.
 
My vote is for EQ also. Less shutdown and progesterone side issues. Quality gains even if they are a little less.
