EQ and VAR questions

totally thinking of changing my first cycle from test only to

somewhere between 60mg and 100mg var a day alone
maybe add eq 400/week

i don't know how long to run these, but from what i've read these have very little or no sides.

if ran var alone, how long should i run it for?
 
stick with the test only first cycle.

test + eq
or
test + var (for as long as you can afford 4-6 weeks is fine)

both of those are good first cycles too

eq + var ...not the way to run the first cycle

so maybe something like this.

var 60-100mg ed weeks 1-8
test enanth 250mg/week 1-8
aifm for during
nolva for pct?

i was thinking var only because i really don't want any sides, or have to deal with sides at all. if var doesn't cause sides in most people which it seems, it sounds good. what about this mastabol? does that have sides? and i'm just still trying to figure out what you guys mean by the crash. i don't want to crash either, at least it doesn't sound good. hehe
 
Bro, I would personally run 500mg of enanthate and 400mgs of EQ for my first one if I were you. Yes Enanthate and Var will be a good cycle too, but if you want the most out of your money go with the EQ rather than the var, dont get me wrong, I love Var, but for the money your gonna pay to run it 8 weeks at 60+mg you can get quite a bit of test and EQ and get far better results. Nolva will not be enough for PCT, you will need HCG and Nolva, what a crash means is when you come off a cycle your natural testosterone production is just about zero, so you will need HCG and Nolva to help kick start your HPTA up and running to avoid a "Crash" In test which could and most likely will strip away 80+% of your new muscle. I would run Arimidex at .5mg Ed or EOD with a cycle like that. I dont see the point in only doing 250mg a week of the enanthate, you should see very minimal sides with 500mg a week of Test and 400mg week of EQ. One thing to be concerned about with the var at that high is it can cause Gastrointestinal pain (severe stomach pain) I know I get it horribly with a dose of 40mg or more ed of var, then again everyone is different and you may be able to run 100mg ed and be fine and dandy, but for me my stomach hurts so bad I literally cant walk straight. good luck, and I would really run the EQ instead of the var for now....

Nah,.....scratch everything you're thinking about doing....for a first time, keep it simple.

Test E 500mg/EW weeks 1-10

PCT Nolva 40-40-20-20 weeks 12-15

There's a reason for keeping it simple on your first time. You need to see how your body responds to one, simple compound at a low dose. Let's say something goes wrong, i.e. sides. How will you know which one is causing the sides if you're taking more than one AAS on your first time? You can gauge yourself after this cycle, and add additional compounds for your next cycle. :coffee:

What should you run to get BF down? Try running on a treadmill...that cuts fat really well.

I'm not trying to be a smart-ass, bro...just honest. Stick with the Test only of 500mg/EW.....because of many reasons. Just like I said before.

29yo 245lbs training hard as possible past 1.5 years, lifted about 3 years ago for a year and on and off from 8th grade to senior year HS. 6'1"

cool bro. well not sure what ure goals are...im guessing to lean up, keep excess weight gain down, and want to lose some BF. kind of what I'm wanting to do. Almost everyone on this board will say do Test E at 500mg for 10wks for your first cycle no matter what. I did winny my first cycle but didn't get much from it cuz i was inexperienced and didn't research. I honestly think the Var only cycle would be fine. Just remember , diet is MOST important, lotta bros will say that too. keep your cals clean and not too high, train hard, get in cardio about 3 to 4 times a week. learn what to eat and when and eat 6 times a day. u should be good.

run the var 8weeks at 60mg ED and u could throw in EQ if u wanted .
 
thanks dude. yea, i really want to lean up and see what ill look like and see if i want to go harder. maybe i do a var only, and then next time do a var EQ or maybe then ill just jump to test. but these guys in other posts saying anavar makes them feel great, no crash, no sides(most peeople). is there a pct for this one alone and should i keep something like this wonderful aifm on hand i read about. im thinking about buying a bottle now while it's dirt cheap. they will probably raise the price when they realize what they have is so good. at least that's what everyone's saying. thanks

i don't nescessarily think im fat in public. but in here with you guys im a fat body hehe

haha ah well the bros in here, or at least most of the good bros, will respect u and not put u down what so ever. I'm currently around 16% BF and i think thats high but im 213, 5'10, and hell i used to weigh 282 5years ago and that was max benchpressin 130lbs, so i was 282lbs of entire fatass, it just takes time to drop it , just like it takes time to gain that much weight.
if I were you , I would set a goal , like losing 15 to 20lbs naturally, before u even think about your var cycle. thats what im doing, i plan to get under 210 and under 14% BF before i start my cycle. bout 205 or so i am going to start and i was 223 about 5weeks ago and now down to 213 so im gettin there. just takes persistance and willpower along with self discipline.....
 
this is mostly how i've been eating except on saturday where i might cook some burgers or brats or twice a month at most have pizza.

breakfast
1 or 2 packets flav oatmeal
1 glass chocalate milk(skim or lowfat) or protein shake

midmorning
water
apple or bananna

lunch
salad
meat (chicken breast, steak, tuna, turkey and lowfat salami sandwich)
bannana or apple
fat free yogurt
green tea (3 packets)

mid afternoon
fruit or protein shake

dinner
1.5 pound steak or chicken breast
potatoes or salad
eggs


sometimes breakfast is
3 slices bacon
4 eggs
3 slice wholegrain toast
i pop out the yokes cause i don't want all the cholesterol

i eat this meal sometimes for dinner too.


before bed sometimes protein shake

i drink minimum 3/4 gallon water per day
green tea with dinner also

i have been losing though, i was at 275 pounds, i lift hard, cardio is usually couple mile fast paced walk with a few jogs in between, and when i lift i jog in place between sets or jump from set and start doing situps, get next set ready, bang it out, and do situps or jog some more. so i try to turn the workout into a cardio session also, i usually have a good sweat going. i think the anavar could give me the strenth i need to put on size with this diet.

i take MBI Nitric 6 pills a day
MBI creatine 2 pills before workout, 2 pills post workout
MBI synergy protien 26g protein per scoop, egg whey and some other protien in it

I agree. My first cycle was Test and EQ; i gained 25 Lbs of mostly lean muscle in 12 weeks. I would recommend it to any newbie. The possibility of gettin gyno from EQ is minimal so you don't need to be running test alone or EQ alone to see how your body reacts; if you have gyno symptoms it's probably from the test; so use nolva to combat it. PCT: Nolva, clomid and HCG.

That diet needs some tweeking..I would cut out the potatoes, and eat yams or brown rice. I dont see any green veggies either.. :( No bacon, no toast.. I would eat the egg whites in the morning with the oatmeal..For every 4whites, I eat 1 yoke. No lunchmeat either..stuff is high in sodium! If your going to cheat, 1 day,1meal a week would be ok.. I cant get away from my pizza either.. :) For steak, get eye of round or flank..
 
i'm sorry, i eat the mixed veggies bags with dinner also, and i get center cut sirloin steaks, potatoes are a rarity. i have been meaning to start some brown rice. is it me, i went through one box of brown rice and it doesn't seem to soften and fluff up like white rice. stays hard and kinda crunchy?
