Ephedrine dosage? Combine with Redline and Caffeiene/

holy sihjt, i thought i was supposed to be shivering?
i just ran up and down the stairs a few times, my heart trate went up to 140 bpm, i think thats about the fat burning rate :O

You would only add aspirin if you didnt have any redline (which supplies the yohimbe). There are two very basic homemade thermogenic stacks. ECY (Ephedrine, Caffeine, Yohimbe) and ECA (Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin).

Aspirin is the popular name for acetysalicylic acid. It raises the body's internal "thermostat," so that the increased production of heat, which is typical of ECA products, does not set off alarms in the body. This allows the ephedrine and caffeine to work in your body for a longer period of time, giving you the maximum fat-burning potential.

I am not a fan of aspirin though (salicylic acid is toxic), so I prefer ECY stack.

Lol, my heart rate is higher than that when I warm up. Other people might have different opinions on this, but I would forget about the "cardio zone" and the "fat-burning zone". A higher heartbeat means you're working harder which means you're burning more calories. And even if less calories as a percentage come from fat than if you were doing "fat-burning" at 140BPM, in the end you're still burning more calories which makes up for it.
