Lipoflame is great stuff, truely amazing before playing something like basketball or football too

that, and i honestly use it before i clean my house, yardwork etc.

i actually popped 2 before all of the chrtistmas grub was put out. the stuff really helps control the appetite

Ephedra or ephedrine? The former is a pathetic excuse for a drug, in my opinion.

Nothing beets the old ripped fuel. That being said lipo is good shit.
