Ephedra or lipoflame

Hello Lads

Can someone tell me what a good fat burner is I been leaning towards ephedra and lipo flame. I am around 16% bodyfat eating pretty much clean food like chicken and brockly and oatmeal basically thats been working for me. I take metrix shakes to.

Ephedra or ephedrine? The former is a pathetic excuse for a drug, in my opinion.

Ephedrine HCL works great, but you need to cycle it. Month on, month off, or it loses some of it's effectiveness. On the off months I use 400mg caffeine before a work out. That will get your mojo goin'! It's an EA stack then a CA stack. Works well for me. Never tried Lipoflame because the name is so gay. j/k

ive always had extremely positive results with E.CA but i decided after months of reading the indisputable reviews to give lipoflame a shot. i should be placing my order within 2 weeks.

i actually popped 2 before all of the chrtistmas grub was put out. the stuff really helps control the appetite

besides the Toll-House cookie death pie i ate, i ate clean
