The highest amount of test I've heard of in a single milliliter is T-400 by Denkall (400 mgs/ml), and supposedly this stuff hurts like a bitch. So yes, I would say anything with 500 mgs. per ml is going to be painful. Mix the shot with another oil based AAS, preferably one with lower mgs. such as a 200 mg deca or equipoise, or possibly a 75 mg trenbolone. If your hellbent on running test alone, get some pharmaceutical grade sesame or cottonseed oil (can be obtained from finafarm.com) and mix a ml of that in with your ml of test. Good luck bro!

would you opt for 250/ml in that case, only problem is that the 500 is made by very reliable lab great quality, the 250 is your standard popular brands, the people who make the 500 make eq 300/ml and it is the best eq, so i want to get that type but not if its gonna kill. compared to deca 300 how bad will it stingfergie said:

I've made test enth at 500mg/ml, and it's not very painful. This ONLY works with certain hormones though. Test enth is semi-liquid at room temp already, it can go to 500mg/ml with only 2-3% BA, which isn't painful at all to most people. If this lab used more BA than that though, it probably will hurt. I've made EQ, deca, and test enth all at 500mg/ml, both by themselves and combo's like 250enth/250eq per ml. None of them hurt much at all. However, I wouldn't try this with test cyp or any other hormones that I can think of off the top of my head. If you think the lab who offers this gear made it well, then 500mg/ml test enth with low pain is certainly possible, however, most UG labs that make high concentration gear err on the side of caution... which means pain. It CAN be done, but was it done? Shoot at your own risk unless you know how much BA they used 
Oh, and yes it will go through a 23, mine goes through a 25 no problem, even a 29g for site injects.

the generic ones must be cut with oil or you're litteraly going to be as the acdc singer once said

You can flow anything out there through a 23g needle. Hell, I only use 27g for EVERYTHING and I have pushed 500mg EQ through it.
I think the highest concentration of test that I have ever seen was a popular labs King Of Tests 900mg. It had every kind of test in there. cyp, enan, prop, phenyl, decan, etc.. Thing is as strong as it was some people on here (I think Big Andy and Ulter) explained how it was going to be nothing more than suspension like because of the lack of oil in it.

I would get the lower concentrated amps then if I were you...
There is really NO REASON to use 500 mg per ml test IMO (unless you are using over 2500+ mgs a week and want to just cut back on sheer injection volume)
