end of sust. cycle

ok my ef bros. the end is here, last shot this a.m. and this is what i got. sust 250, 12 weeks at 500 per week, mo - thurs shots. started weight 185...ended with 203-206. bf around 14%. aifm sprays twice a day and no probs. standard pct but had an hcg question. what would be the protocol with this cycle? can i start the hcg tomorrow and run it 2-3 weeks 1000 m,w,f . then start clomid and nolva or just leave it alone.

do some clomid in 2 weeks, test esters take a while to convert

Wait one week from your last injection and begin taking the hcg. If all you did was 500mg of Sust, then do 1000iu's Thursday next week( which will be the completion of one week after last injec.) 1000iu's Saturday, 1000iu's Monday. You might not need all 5000iu's. Then the next week begin the Nolva and Clomid. You should also use Aromisan or AIFM for an ai.

use AI with it.

drop HCG start clomid, conitnue with AI for 3- 4 weeks

I appreciate it everyone. i know that this is something that i could have found at the pct forum, but i wanted to post results and at the same time do a little inquiring. Peace
