I never had much success with lower doses of sust. But I always had good results from lower doses of stuff like d-bol and primo. Sust works great for me at 4 shots or more per week, otherwise it was kinds of a waste of time.
Normally you don't get strength gains from sus in the first couple weeks at all unless you are doing almost a shot a day, I would think those gains were mental more then anything.
Also I always found I gained better on beef, not chicken, but maybe that's just me.
