end of first cycle, VERY dissapointed.

stats before i was on the sust:
180 lbs ,5'11"
benchpress-315x3
squat-225x3
deadlift-400x3

kept my diet clean ALWAYS, low on sugars, high on complex carbs,high on protein(around 300 grams daily), and generally high on calories, kept the junky food away till about 2 weeks ago when i realized im not gainin shit.

stats after i was done:
192 lbs(mostly on my fuckin belly), 5'11"
benchpress-335x3
squat-240x3
deadlift-410x3

within a 8 week span i could of made these gains off the sust,i felt bloated all the damn time, my abs left me within the first 2 weeks of gaining, i cant go to sleep most of the time, my genetals shrunk a little.most of my strength gains came in the first 2 weeks of me using Nile sust which i thought was fake but it actually turned out to work better than loeffler.the loeffler sust was just a waste of time in my opinion.maybe it WAS fake, but im feeling ALL the side effects of the sust, except the hairloss.these gains arnt enough to take nolvadex or some other PCT.
heres what i took in

week 1-2
Nile Co, sustanon 250mg's E6D
week 3-5
loeffler sustanon, 500 mg's every week
week 6-8
loeffler sustanon,250 mg's E6D

ALOT of people say i got bigger, yet most of them dont know that the weight i gained was just excess bloat and fat.for the next month im gonna be eating clean, staying off the needles, and will drop all this excess weight im carrying cuzz its pissin me off.
 
Sounds like you either 1) got bunk gear or 2) didn't have your diet & training where it needed to be. Since you did gain, it pretty much rules out bunk gear. You may think your diet & training is on target but, have you let anyone else look at it either here or a knowledgeable trainer? Often times we ovrlook things that others are more likely to critique. Even pro's who have been dieting & training for year get advice, opinions & suggestions. If there is absolutely one non-disputable fact about gear, it's that it works, period. So if it wasn't fake then something else wasn't right, not the gear.
 
maybe the loeffler was fake, because those gains aren't impossible in 8 weeks training naturally imo.

the bloat could have been a result of extra calories, even if it is from good food. one could easily gain 12 lbs in 8 weeks without gear.
 
im starting to think the gear is bunk, i mean maybe the side effects were just dragged on from my first 2 weeks of using the real stuff.i know gear is SUPPOSED to work, and it WAS, my strength gains came from mainly those first 2 weeks.i have a little left in the loeffler bottle(almost a cc), anyway i can check right now if its real or fake?

bro im gonna say this over and over again, my diet was right on the money,heres what a typical day looked like:

breakfast-Oats 80 grams
whey shake mixed in water and half a teaspoon of flax.
apple

breakfast/lunch-2 cans tuna mixed in low fat miracle whip
few slices of whole wheat bread
orange

lunch-CHICKEN AND RICE
more CHICKEN AND RICE(boneless skinless breasts cooked in the george foreman spinning cookomatic thingy)

LIFTLIFTLIFTLIFTLIFTLIFTLIFTLIFT(intense as hell,all out bust ass workouts,45mins-1 hour,4 or 5 times a week)

post workout-
N-Large weight gain mixed with 10grams creatine and half a teaspoon of flax

Dinner-barbecued chicken( or some sort of chicken dinner plates i would put together myself)
vegetables

bedtime-either a whey shake, or another can of tuna,
PEANUT BUTTER
 
IMO-
from the list you provided-
not enough carbs.
Also, 250 mgs in the first weeks isn't enough. try frontloading. I hate that you're frustrated. remember, it's all trial & error.

Well that diet doesn't look terrible but, I see a few things that I have been told I did wrong in the past. Mostly with your post workout & breakfast shakes. You should replace that morning shake with some eggs, you need something that digests easily for quick nutrients, it's been hrs since your last meal (bedtime) Flax oil slows down the absorption of protein which is the reason that you should not mix it with your post workout shake, you need to get that protein in your system immediately.

Also, that doesn't look like near enough food to make good gains. What are your stats? & daily protein/carb/fat/calories? I'm sure others can give you much better advice on adjusting your diet and that information will help them. I am by no means a guru, hell I've got someone working with me on my next cycle & diet adjustment.

Hopefully you didn't just simply get screwed w/some bunk gear, good luck.
 
Bro, the formla for weight gain is not etched in a stone book,t hats why EVERYONE is diferent. You may have been following a routine you read somewhere-potentially big mistake. Bro you need to do so serious examination and timing of your diet(assuming a good source)and look closely at your program. Most frequently in my experience and observation is overtraining and not ENOUGH calories to grow. A 10k diet IS NOT a myth in pro BB. Well got a customer. pm if you want because im very curious. Looks to me you have a sound program, but lets find the flaws-peace
 
I don't know bro, for an 8 week sust only cycle with the low dose you were taking, I'd say those gains are about par for the coarse.
IMO, e6d injections of sust doesn't take full advantage of it. Sust is best at eod or at least monday,wednesday,friday.
