Ni kidding...he ripped it from your thread..........I got the same routine, just three on and 1 off.....will hit arms on Day 3, Legs on Day 5..........what do you reccommend for a solid arm day? Just want to compare.....
5x5 for Standing Barbell and Close Grip
2X8-10 for preachers, incline curls, and hammer curls
2x8-10 for skulls, dbell overhead (french press), triangle cable.....
11 sets for each........4 warmups = 15 sets for bis and 15 for tris?
