i havent ordered but hes around often and is a stand up guy..you can always pm him
yes. i have ordered from them 2 times. i have used adex and letro. delivery time was fair and my impression of their products is that they are good ug. i saw a post earlier by eclen that said that they are pharm grade. unless they have changed i would argue that. but again they are good and i trust their products.

I have no idea who he is or what his order number is to look into the matter myself.
You guys ordering International have to understand the address HAS to be correct in order for the products to arrive. It's not a simple process like in the USA where you make a mistake in the shipping field, and like magic back to sender.If the package get's returned back to us of course a refund would be issued however like in the above quote he made a mistake in the shipping field. Is it fair to us to have to pay for his mistake? We do have to pay for the products we ship, shipping materials, staff to package them and of course Customer Service. I make it 100% clear in the shipping portion of my website If your order does not arrive within 21 business days from the date the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct.
More then likely what happend is he didn't see his Country in the shipping menu picked whatever Country that was on the list and typed in his Zipcode/Postal code = lost in transit. Guys that are willing to understand a mistake made and accept it (work something out) I have no problem giving them a nice discount + free shipping on a re-order because crap happens.

I also agree that it is a legit outfit. Having said that I cant seem to open up the page either, can anyone shed some light on this? did they close up shop?????

Never have delt with eclen but I did get some liquid clen from a "research" company about 5 years ago. Didn't do anything for me at all. It wasn't until lately when I did actual clen and shook for 8 hours straight that I realized the stuff was bunk.
