Well I guess that makes him an idiot then for paying for it. Did he get his money back, he states he didn't.
I have no idea who he is or what his order number is to look into the matter myself.

Firstly they told me to wait and wait, and then after 2 month, they said my address was incorrect, so basically my mistake. But i never recieved a shipment and checked with the post office
If the package get's returned back to us of course a refund would be issued however like in the above quote he made a mistake in the shipping field. Is it fair to us to have to pay for his mistake? We do have to pay for the products we ship, shipping materials, staff to package them and of course Customer Service. I make it 100% clear in the shipping portion of my website If your order does not arrive within 21 business days from the date the order was sent, we will reship the order without any extra cost, as long as the address provided was correct.
More then likely what happend is he didn't see his Country in the shipping menu picked whatever Country that was on the list and typed in his Zipcode/Postal code = lost in transit. Guys that are willing to understand a mistake made and accept it (work something out) I have no problem giving them a nice discount + free shipping on a re-order because crap happens.
