ECA Stack?

I have always assumed ECA stack was ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. However, when I take the fat burners...(Stackers, Ripped Fuel, Hydoxycuts, etc.) am I supposed to ADD the aspirin or is it all already ECA stacked? I know that I should know this but I don't. Should I be taking aspirin to increase the effect of these fat burners?
