ok so im suppose to start my first cycle tomorrow, march 1st but im thinking about putting it off a week after eating like totall shit this whole weekend.
should i just start my cycle tomorrow as planned or should i focus on extra cardio and training this week and push off first pinning till the following monday?
my bf isnt high to begin with, pretty lean...
