easy, but effective protein shake to make?

hey guys.. i am looking to improve my post workout shake. I have vanilla and chocolate whey, along with some soy powder.

Right now, i make a simple shake. some mango drink that i have in the fridge or OJ, then a scoop of vanilla whey, 3-4 ice cubes, and 1 or 2 fruits (bannana, rasberries, blueberries, whatever is available).

It tastes sooo good, but i know i can be making a better shake. I have soy milk that the guy at whole foods reccomended to go with the chocolate whey, and was thinking about adding peanut butter. However, a powerlifter who i met at the gym told me that the body can only assimilate for 20-25 grams of protein at a time so it probably wouldn't be a good idea.

Any ideas on how to improve my shake, or make a better one? I would like it to taste good, but if it's really filled with protein i won't care.

hey guys.. quick bump

my mom is going to ireland for a week, and she gave me 50 bucks to spend on food while she is gone. We have more than enough food in the house already, so i want to go to stop and shop or whole foods and get some ingrediants to put in my shake.

Any suggestions on how to spice up my shake? thanks

Use peanut butter but all natty pb..use two scoops of whey instead of one..all my shakes I make 40-50 grams of protein
