Ok, I've taken both before and have felt them a waste of money not to mention the 12 hourse pills a day I was swallowing or the terrible taste of powder BCAA. I completly understand the anabolic essence and what aminos are as the building blocks to protein.
If one is eating 5-6 meals through out the day with whey and food products like cottage cheese for their casen protein sustained release of full protein, honestly what is the point in spending money and time with adding EEA and BCAA to your supp stack?
Arent you staying anabolic all day with multiple meals with a good carb and protein ratio for insulin creation and protein uptake.
Plus glutamine, it's great for recovery but how much do I really need it in my stack?
I've used all supps out there pretty much but trying to figgure out why
About to start a program with just Whey, CEE, ECA post, and can't figgure out if I want to add BCAA, EAA, Glut or what.
