Need some help. I'm new to all this and have done lots of research, but I need practical experience. Here's the deal:
I could be drug tested by the USOC randomly out of competition or at a few events every season. The USOC/IOC test is pretty comprehensive; they'll test for the metabolites of various substances as well as the substance itself.
What can help add some muscle (I don't need a lot-I'm an endurance athlete) and be out of my system relatively quickly?
Are there any masking agents I can take to cover up usage?
I might be better suited to use something during the off season while training and not competing, but I was curious about helping my performance this season.
