dropped mast

been on 3 and a half weeks of test prop and mast...
i started at 50mg of mast and 100mg of test prop.. after the third week i dropped mast because i felt it wasnt doing shit for me.... i upped my prop to 150 mg EOD..... now I'm going to be honest and my diet is the shitties of them all. The reason being is because I just seperated from my wife and been staying at my friends place. What I eat is popeyes chicken for lunch, either tenders or chicken.. i do take the crusty skin off the chicken for less fat, but don't know if it makes a world of a difference. I have at least 2 protein shakes. 45g protein each and tuna every now and then and beef jearky just to get some protein intake in. I started smoking again and some research saids it lowers test levels. I even started smoking the green and cigarretes, prior to that was 3 years ago. I drink on some ocassions, but not like an everyday thing and it is a beer or 2. I check my blood pressure everyday and it is normal. highest was 140 because I was having a stressful day and a headache from hell... well xanax took away that pain.....I like the prop because it's mainting my muscle mass while not eating so much. I say I'm only eating 2k a day. I got tren ace coming in, so I will do a dose of 50mg eod for 2 weeks never touch the stuff and kind of skeptical of the sides especially anxiety, but I do whatever it takes to drop my body fat which is around 11-12....

I just wanna stay lean, not to be huge cause at my height it's hard and consuming alot of calories it's hard at the moment.

Sorry for the rant. I just feel like I need to air it out.

P.S.

I been taking antidepressants for a couple of years now.. Maybe it's not the smartest thing to take AAS when on meds, but oh well my body and the only side I get is mental issues like migraines and headaches. I drink @ least a galloon a day....

Do yourself a favor and stop all AAS use now. You are not at a point in your life to continue a regimented diet, training or cycle. You are in a crisis right now and unfortunately AAS will only make this worse. My recommendation is to get your personal life in order first. Second get your own place and start preparing your own meals and eating at least 4 to 6 times a day. I always prepare my meals on Sunday for the week. STAY in the gym and concentrate and focus on your training. Remember? Tough times don't last , Tough people do. Also read my signature on Lincoln. I myself have been through hell with my x and it costs me alot Best of luck to you and please, let me know if I can ever be of any further assistance to you .

I think this is the best thing to do at the moment because my life style is not helping. The only time I feel at peace is when I'm in the gym. Since I will most likely take your advice. Should I start PCT since I only been on for 3 weeks or will it be ok without it?

I would, to be on the safe side to recover. Remember Boricuarage, everyone goes through hard times. You will overcome this and come out of this a much stronger person than you are now. If you need to talk or need anything , you PM ME.

Does ur friend not have a kitchen? Doesn't take much to hit the grocery store and grab some chicken beast and potatoes, if u can afford weed and cigarettes then u can afford to go to the grocery, I would turn your stress into positive energy and vent in the gym, but if u can't get ur diet in order I would just scratch the whole cycle and wait till ur more stable

yes she has a kitchen, but believe me. In times like this I can not cook at somebody elses place because it's not home to me. I work shift hours which means I'm always off by 9 @ night.. When I was home, I always cooked steak and chicken everyday day and my veggies on the side. This was on my test cyp cycle and I made outstanding gains.... No it's not the time... I continue to hit it hard and do my cardio.. and get back on track....

by the way this my second marriage w/ a 4 month old son and have 2 daughters from previous marriage so I hope you understand what I'm going through.

P.S. I get my green for free and cigarrettes as well...

No I understand bro I would definitely drop the gear and save it until you're more stable, jus stay in the gym and try to make healthy meal decisions if ur eating out a lot.....good luck with everything we all go through hard times just keep to yo ass in The gym and vent your frustrations that way. I been thru a ton of shit the past few years and training is the only thing that has kept me goin
