well, it would prolly follow suit with any foreign substance. thru the digestive system, or, in the form of an infection or abcess. i'm just guessing. if you have the means, when you draw blood upon aspiration, withdraw the needle, swab the area clean, remove the used needle and replace it and try another spot. spot injections are always nice to allow for the scar tissue of more frequently hit areas to heal up. the pec and trap are good. 2cc's is doable...
