dreaded Dbol back pumps

im not on right now, but im going to do a shitload of dbol my next run and i get hit with the lower back pumps something fierce. When training back or legs (actually any regular ed activity that uses my lower body lol) my back literally seizes up it gets so tight, its extremely painful and makes it impossible to finish workouts sometimes. Anyone have an idea what causes them? Or better yet any idea how to prevent them, does anyone know of any OTC sups that will stop this?

Sure man, taurine (spelling?) i believe is how its called.

Do a search here for a thread with referenced doseage. I think nelson wrote it.

Also if your rats are having issues with back pumps as well I believe our rat supplier has some liquid-taurine for them as well

ive never had back pumps with dbol, but i only go to 30 mg/day. and no longer than four weeks. perhaps for one of those four weeks ill run 40, but not for long.

Back pumps with Dbol are VERY common.

1. Lower your dose. Go down to 30mg/ED and work back up slowly.
2. Take Potassium supp. 500 mg/ ED, and Taurine 2g / ED.
3. Stretch between sets, and more rest between sets.

Back pumps are just a part of many oral AAS, especiaslly Dbol.

got it, taurine and potassium

thanks fellas

yeah, I can do #2 and #3, but for this run unfortunately #1 wont be doable

can i ask a silly question- what are back pumps?

when doing lower back, it gets so filled with blood/nitro/waste products that you lose range of motion--and you stand/move as though (i do) as your spine is make of a solid steel bar---and for me it it hurts like a bastard b/c every movement is impaired

i don't get it from anything but lower back b/c i use the supps

ah, i see. thanks for clearing that up. i got confused, because a lot of people have told me how they get a 'great pump' from dbol, i took that to mean it really let them shove some serious iron in the gym

you do get a great pump but the muscles in your lower back are tightly bound and hwen they expand they constrict/impinge on a lot of nerves so a significant expansion of the fibers is not welcome--

i see. so is there anything you can do to avoid that? im planning on taking either a test e/dbol or deca/dbol cycle in about 12 months.
