Hello.
Im 18/male

5 weeks ago i went to doctors about this lump i found under my right nipple.. i got an ultrasound, it wasnt cancer but then i found out it was gynecomastia. the dr said to stop all oral things for a cple of weeks to see if that was the cause. well 4 weeks later the lump was still there and i found another lump under the left nipple.

im not overweight, dont do steroids/weed or anything like that so it has occured naturally
and its still pretty small, and not massive or anything, but still kinda noticeable

i went to the doctors today and he said i should get both lumps surgically removed...

does anyone know if this is the right thing to do? i just kinda want a second opinion and thought someone here could help
thanks seeya

Ari might do the trick. But you also might want to consider uping your estregon levels with herb or something and growing man boobs and becoming a tranni.

It's a carreer option you might look at in a tight job market!

yes tragically oral sex can now bring on the onset of gyno

You have juvenile male gynocomastia. Although it's typical genesis is seen at the beginning of XY puberty it can manifest into later years subscribing to an idiopathic course. The classic and habitual prognosis is excellent and does not require any medical or surgical attention at this time. The treatment is to have it followed in clinic as self resolution is the most conventional sequelae.

I question your doctors reccommendation and personally ponder you should wait at leat another year(possibly two), before even entertaining any ideations of operative intervention.

Nevertheless, it is imperative that you seek a second opinion from a (pediatric) endocrinologist. If your current physician is unwilling to give you a refferal, you can telephone the nearest university hospital and ask to be routed to the departement of endocrinology. From there you should be allied with a caretaker in the field of sub-specialty I proposed above. Should such a physician also advise surgical resection, you may want to give this option a more stern and acute deliberation.

Let me caution you that my words reflect a general estimation I can offer only in the least binding tenants. This is a message board and I do not know you, thus in no way should you take my post as statements of proselytization. Above all else, seek a secondary assessment; ideally in the field I have avowled.

Good luck to you and don't worry, everything will be fine.
