Here goes 325lbs 20% bf 5'10 diet is in check and taking in about 300gm of protein a day from grilled chicken breast and 3 protein shakes working out 4 days a week and 3 days cardio.
stack:
test prop 500 mg a week
mast prop 500 mg a week
winny 50mg a day
nolv. 25mg a day

Go for just regular check up and blood pressure was 190/90 and dr puts me right on bp meds, now bp has always been around 115/65 untill yester day.
So what do the vets think and what coarse of action should I take, I did not tell the dr. what I was taking right now and 3rd wk on the cycle.
Any help at all?

I know you want to get into shape and I commend you for that however In my humble opinion , you need to concentrate on Cardio and diet and get your weight down and your BF below 15% in order to gain the maximum look and effect from your cycle. Once your weight and diet are in check , you may very well be able to keep your blood pressure in check. If you run your cycle now you will gain nothing with your weight the way it is. You should work on your cardio and drop your weight and then turn to your cycle for the additional boost. Good luck to you and keep us posted on your results and welcome to Elite Fitness

You sure youre only 20% bf? At 5ft10 and 325lbs even at 20% you must have a extreme amount of muscle???? Anyways it just seems you might be alot more than 20% and thats were most of the problem is....

That is the stats I check it and my doctor checks it, I am 42yrs old and played hs football and college and I was 255 then and only 14% bf. This is the first time I have took a cycle I was planning to compete next year and have done mostly power lifting in the past, yes I know about the bf but look I am only 75lbs more than I was in school 25 years ago.

If it was me id drop the test to 250mg, and drop everything else.

Id focus on a good diet and cardio and drop down to about 10% bf. Maybe lift 2x a week full body and do cardio 3/4x a week.

you are overweight my friend. being overweight will result in high bp everytime. stick with diet and cardio. i do not believe your diet is in check, you are eating way too much protein which tells me you are eating too much meat. swap in fruits and veggies instead of so much meat.

taking AAS will only make things worse.

and i would also be skeptical about 1 doctor visit and suddenly putting you on meds.. whatever happened to getting several opinions before going on meds for the rest of your life? seems like docs hand out meds like candy on halloween. go the diet and cardio route first and avoid the meds unless its absolutely necessary.

even if you do have a lot of muscle btw, it doesn't mean anything. being overweight is overweight.. whether you have a ton of muscle or a ton of fat. it still puts strain on the organs. granted someone with a lot of muscle looks way better. but even if you insist on having a ton of muscle, you better be under 15% bf... this is why the vets on here always tell people to drop their bf before juicing, its for your own health

at 5 6 and 183 pounds.. I AM OVERWEIGHT.. yes its true.. if i joined the navy at my height and weight they would declare me overweight.. and look at my profile picture. muscle is HEAVY and yes it does have an effect on my heart.. but i make sure to have a strong and solid diet.. and i make sure i do not abuse AAS and I workout a lot both weights and cardio to keep a strong heart. i keep my bf steady at 12-14%. and i monitor my glucose and bp frequently.

remember those nfl players that play on the Oline and DT's all have great motors but they are overweight and i guarantee every one of them has high bp.. a very large percentage after football stop exercising and then develop diabetes.. heart disease is the #1 killer in the US. among both women AND men. especially in the south where fast food is the main diet and fruits/veggies are ignored. gotta monitor that closely.. we've gotten to the point in this country that every male over the age of 30 has a beer gut and its become acceptable.. it isn't. keep your stomach FLAT . a little belly fat is fine, but when you stand straight up and suck in your chest you should have a flat stomach.

btw i let me health go to shit when i was like 22, that lasted 2 years until i had enough of having high bp and feeling like shit.

I know plenty of guys who used to play football and be real big guys, average body fat but solid non the less.

You're 75lbs heavier because you are not playing anymore... that 75 lbs is not pure muscle.. 3 days of cardio is a good start, but with high blood pressure how much of your cardio is really in your target heart range?

Running a cycle is not a short cut to lose weight and gain muscle you need to drop a good amount of weight before you run any sort of cycle.

Deff change your eating habits, even if your not getting 300grams of protein you need to limit your fat intake on top of that. Fruits, Veggies, ground turkey, chicken etc clean diet deff comes first.

Well thats pretty impresive! U gaind a total of 70 lbs and 42lbs of it was solid muscle so if you lost 28lbs you would be sitting at 297lbs @ 14%bf youre like the next ronnie colman!

Thanks for the info, I will cut the stack out and pick up the cardio alot more and see if I can drop some of bf over the next few months.
