dosing question, please help

hey guys before i start my 2nd cycle which is prop/cyp i just want to make sure im getting the dosage correct. i thought i had it before but ive been reading so much stuff that im now starting to second guess myself and i guess its always better to be safe than sorry.

i have propinate qv100 and teston qv200 that i plan on running like this:

wk 1-4 prop @350mg/wk (EOD @ 100mg each)
wk 1-10 cyp @400mg/wk (twice weekly @ 200mg each)

so is that 1cc of prop EOD and 1cc of cyp twice a week?

also when the prop and cyp are on the same day i can put them both in the same syringe correct?

i want to take nolva 20mg a day also throughout the cycle. the bottle is 50 ml - 20 mg/ml, so that means i need to .2 ml everyday? i also haev clomid for pct.

sorry math and conversions were never a strong point for me, thanks for any help.

Yes, you can mix prop and cyp in the same syringe. You need to be running arimidex at .5mgs ED for this cycle (at least). Keep nolva on hand in case of gyno of course.
